COVID-19 Emergency Regulations for Virginia Businesses
On Wednesday, July 15, the Safety and Health Codes Board voted to approve the emergency temporary workplace standards (ETS) for COVID-19 mitigation. All businesses will need to comply with the ETS once it is published and the new standard will be enforced by the Virginia Occupational Safety and Health Program (VOSH).
